Adjunct Assistant Professor

Born in Taiwan, She graduated from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a major in Ballet. She is an adjunct assistant professor in the Dance Department of Tainan University of Technology who teach Ballet Technique, Pointe Classes, and Ballet Repertory. She also a part-time teacher in the National Chia-Yi Girls' Senior High School, National Tainan Chia-Chi Senior High School, and Tainan Municipal Yong-Ren High School, teaching winter and summer training courses. In  addition,  She had qualified as a teacher of the Beijing Dance Academy for Ballet Grade Examination.

    About Regarding choreography and rehearsal experience, She had participated as ballet choreographer in the 2021 An-Chi Dance Group annual performance "Tai-Jiang-Yi-You" and she also participated as choreographer and created compositions, which include“ Pas de Quatre”, ”S.Mozart ”, and ” Sevilla ” for the Tainan City Annual National Primary and Secondary School Dance Art Talents Team Joint Results Presentation in 2019, 2020 and 2021.  During 2007-2017 Her choreography works include Dance to Kids’ Dreams for Kaohsiung Kid's Dance, The International Ballet Competition Ballet demonstration performance and Legend of Wonderland for Ping-Shadow Dance Theatre’s annual performance, Carnival of Animal (one-act version) for the Queen Ballet annual performance and TSMC Hsinchu Arts Festival.

      Students that She has mentored won multiple awards in Taiwan Grand Prix, Taipei International Ballet Grand Prix, Taiwan Ballet Competition, Taipei Asia Pacific Band Association’s Dance Competition from 2010 to 2021 and won the 1st place in 2018 & 2020 Taiwan Grand Prix, and 2019 Asia Grand Prix (Taiwan District).

      About Regarding performance experience, She has participated at Kaohsiung City Ballet’s performance from 2006 to 2016, which includes “La Sylphide”, “Coppelia”, “The Nutcracker”, “Peony Pavilion” (Chinese classical dance) as the 1st principal dancer and “Dance Shoe” series, general performance tour of Council for Cultural Affairs, Executive Yuan,and Ballet Dream Garden- 38 performance tour.

     Since 1999 to 2006, She joined the Universal Ballet of Korea and worked with Oleg Vinogradov (Artist Director), and has been performed full-length classical Ballet include “Swan Lake”, “Sleeping Beauty”, “La Bayadiere”, “Giselle”, “The Nutcracker”, “Don Quixote”, “Romeo and Juliet”, and “Shim Chung”(korea Traditional story), and one-act version include “All Shall Be” by Heinz Spoerli,”Theme and Variation “ “La Sonnambula” by George Balanchine, “Variations Serieuses ” by Christopher Wheeldon ,“La Vivandiere ”,“Carnival of Animal ”,“Frescos”, “Peter and Wolf”.

      From 1995 to 1998, while studying at Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, She has participated in the 5th Tao-li World Dance Competition (China). In the annual performance,  She performed lead role in “Serenade” by George Balanchine, “The Dying Swan” by Mikhail Fokine, “Concerto Pas de deux” by Kenneth MacMillan, and other small exhibitions and dance festivals, as well as participated as guest dancer in the Hong Kong Ballet performance “Swan Lake”.
